Description:
AMICR is a kind of brown fused aluminum oxide microgrit powder.
Water classifying controlling assures accurate particle size distribution, acid washing eliminates the impurity, then to add alkali and water to do the neutralization.
AMICR has high toughness and high anti-crushing ability, it is able to withstand greater pressure.
AMP is a brown fused aluminum oxide microgrit FEPA P grain, it is made by selecting high quality brown fused alumina lumps, carefully crushing to keep satisfied shape to balance processing efficiency and working life, water classifying to assure the accurate grain size distribution, acid wash, alkali wash and water wash to reach a top level grains surface cleanness.
Applications:
AMICR is suitable for making bonded abrasive tools, wet or dry sand blasting, ultrafine grinding and polishing, to produce advanced refractory and investment casting.
AMICR is suitable for processing carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, hard bronze and semiconductor materials.
AMP can be used for making metallographic abrasive paper, ultra precision polishing abrasive cloth for polishing or sanding of metal, spring steel, glass or hard wood.
